Many people who do not know thoroughly the flowertherapy believe that to work, this needs a good dose of placebo effect (the belief that something works if we believe).

Without detracting from the placebo effect, that in fact there shows how powerful our minds, I would say that Flower Essences work on any living being, whether or not to believe in their effectiveness.

There are however, cases where the remedies have not worked.
From what I could depend?

One answer trivial, but often very realistic, is that the flowers were taken in recommended doses.
Essences have no contraindications and no threat of overdose, but must be taken with the manner and terms set out by dr. Bach, that is 4 drops 4 times a day every day until the end of the bottle.
The flowers are made from time to time because "meanwhile, are a natural product, and I run it as I prefer", then the result may be late in coming.
If are people who struggle to follow a daily treatment, then the Flower Therapy does for you.

A second case in which the flowers do not work might be that the remedies you are taking are not the one for you: if your therapist advises me Honeysuckle, but I do not suffer from nostalgia for the past, take this flower for me equates to drinking water .
Essence is very effective when it is appropriate to our discomfort.

Third response: resistance to therapy.
This is the state less happy for a therapist, and also for the person in care because it means that the patient does not want to abandon the attitudes that bear the discomfort.
The resistance may be conscious or unconscious.
In the first case change, even better, it might be too tiring for our soul at that moment, and prefer to get stuck in their suffering.
In the second case it might be that the individual receiving treatment are not just the new point of view that stimulate the flowers to find, and because the convictions are deeply rooted, and why this becomes an excuse.

These are the reasons why the flower therapy may not be valid; Generally, if a person wants to feel better and is ready to get involved, the flowers will be friends of the heart that accompany to the psycho-physical harmony.
