"Partiamo da uno degli insegnamenti più profondi di Gautama il Buddha:
AMA TE STESSO.
Tutte le tradizioni del mondo, le civiltà, le culture e le chiese ti hanno insegnato l'opposto. Esse affermano: "Ama gli altri, non amare te stesso".
E dietro i loro insegnamenti c'è una strategia precisa e astuta.
L'amore è il nutrimento per l'anima; così come il cibo lo è per il corpo, l'amore lo è per l'anima.
Senza il cibo il corpo è debole; senza l'amore l'anima è debole.
L'amore ti rende ribelle, rivoluzionario; ti dona le ali per alzarti in volo, ti dà l'intelligenza per capire le cose e non farti più ingannare, sfruttare, opprimere da nessuno; ma i preti e i politici sopravvivono solo sul tuo sangue, solo sfruttandoti.
Tutti i preti e i politici sono parassiti.
Per indebolirti spiritualmente hanno trovato un metodo sicuro, garantito al cento per cento: INSEGNARTI A NON AMARE TE STESSO.
Infatti, se una persona non riesce ad amare se stessa, non può amare nemmeno gli altri. L'insegnamento è molto scaltro. Essi dicono: "Ama gli altri, ama l'umanità, ama Dio. Ama la natura, tua moglie, tuo marito, i tuoi figli, i tuoi genitori."
Ma non amare te stesso, perché amare se stessi - secondo loro - è da egoisti.
E sono riusciti a dare ai loro insegnamenti una veste molto logica. Affermano: "Se ami te stesso diventerai un egoista e un narcisista".
Non è vero.
Un uomo che ama se stesso compie il primo passo verso l'amore autentico.
La persona che ama se stessa è così felice di amare, diventa talmente estatica, che l'amore comincia a straripare e RAGGIUNGE GLI ALTRI.
Deve raggiungerli!
Se vivi l'amore, devi condividerlo. Non puoi continuare ad amare te stesso all'infinito, perché una cosa ti diventerà assolutamente chiara:
se amare una persona - TE STESSO - è così meraviglioso e destatico, quanto sarà più grande l'estasi, se comincerai a condividere il tuo amore con molte, moltissime persone?
A poco a poco le onde cominceranno a raggiungere gli animali, gli uccelli, gli alberi, le rocce.
Puoi riempire l'universo intero con il tuo amore.
Una sola persona è sufficiente a riempire l'intero universo d'amore, così come un solo sasso può riempire tutto il lago di onde.
